Buckwheat Honey is such a nutritious ingredient to include in your diet and is a very tasty addition to meals and baking. It is also often used in the treatment of various illnesses and injuries because it has many positive benefits for your health. Raw honey has no expiration date and will stay fresh for as long as it is used correctly – so please don’t dip wet or dirty cutlery into your honey, as this may cause it to spoil.

Culinary
The complex, unique flavour of Buckwheat Honey works well as a maple syrup substitute on pancakes or waffles.
It also makes a tasty, healthy sweetener in sweet or savoury cooking and baking. If you are replacing sugar with honey in a recipe, use ¾ of a cup of honey for every cup of sugar. This way you do not need to worry about adding or subtracting liquid ingredients!
