Bee Pollen

Our bee pollen comes from local clover and wildflower fields, and can only be harvested for three weeks out of the year since the bees need it the rest of the time.  When the bees collect nectar from these flowers they also collect pollen, which can often be seen sticking to their hind legs in flight.  They combine the powdery pollen with an enzyme mixture into little nuggets that they normally then take into the hive and deposit into certain honeycomb cells where it becomes a potent food for the worker bees, giving them all of their energy and vitality.  It does the same for people too, plus it gives us natural defences against allergens, and boosts the immune system better than anything else known.
