Homemade Turmeric Honey Ketchup with Honey Vinegar Recipe

Fresh vegitables, Turmeric Honey and a splash of Honey Vinegar together to make this homemade ketchup.

- 900g Tomatoes

200ml Honey Vinegar
- 30ml Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsps Forever Bee Turmeric Honey
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
Directions
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in the coconut oil until softened.
Mix in the spices and then add the chopped tomatoes. Stir and then add all remaining ingredients.
Cover and allow to simmer for approximately 2-3 hours on a low heat. About halfway through you should use a hand blender to blend it all down and then cover and return to the hob until the ketchup reduces down.
Allow to cool and then pour into a sterilised bottle or empty honey jar.
