We start in Lethbridge Alberta at our workshop, and we drive right to your door in many cities in Alberta, even the rural ones!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
You will see automatic emails notifying you of your delivery status as well. To learn more and see our delivery routes & schedule please click the link below. Deliveries are completed between 9am and Midnight.
WHO IS DELIVERING MY ORDER?
We are! A member of the Forever Bee team will be hand delivering your order right to your door.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
Orders over $50 have FREE delivery to Cities in our delivery zones.
Orders under $50 will see a $5 delivery fee at the checkout.
RURAL ADDRESSES AND PO BOXES
We DO deliver to rural addresses, please use your 911 land location or PIN coordinates to ensure we have the proper address.
Po Boxes can only be accessed by Shipping Couriers, these addresses must pay shipping rates.
The best way to see if you are within our delivery zone is to text or email your physical address, or PIN location to us at 403-915-0454 or email@example.com.
PICKUP OR DELIVERY FOR CONVENIENCE?
We are a small team, often on the go with deliveries, production, or our families. Delivery or shipping are often the easiest ways to get your order as our locations are not accessible to walk-in traffic and our team is often in your area doing deliveries anyways. The more stops per area the more cost efficient.
Pickups are possible with planning and co-ordination. Orders re packed in the order they were received in. To arrange a pickup order please text or call Kira at 403-915-0454 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
North American addresses outside of our Local Delivery Zones can be shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Fedex. We offer flat-rate and exact rate shipping. You will see all shipping options available at the checkout, please choose the one which suits your needs best.
Shipping rates are often calculated by weight and size of the total order.

$20 for orders up to $150
$30 for orders up to $250

Orders ship from our workshop in Lethbridge Alberta.
Pickup can be arranged at our workshop in Lethbridge Alberta. Presently our shop is open by appointment only as our team does a lot of rural work.
Pickup is an option at the checkout, pickup is free with no minimum order.

CAN I SEE THE FARM?
Our hives are on private farm land, this is so the farmers get all the benefits of beekeeping and time to focus on farming. We get all the benefits of farming, and time to foucs on beekeeping. Our workshop is Lethbridge Alberta, that is where we pack all deliveries, shipments and pickup orders.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We are always looking for ways of making it more convenient for you to shop on our site. Our current payment methods include:

We suggest taking a look at our catalog first then giving us a text or call at 403-915-0454. Be sure to leave a detailed message if we don't answer right away!

HOW ARE POINTS EARNED?
Points can be earned by shopping online or at our markets (your email is used to connect your orders to accounts, all orders with emails connected earn points)
You can also earn points by following us on social media, participating in our online events, and more.

You can also earn Honey Money Rewards by finding typing mitakes and emailing us to fix them.
HOW MUCH HONEY MONEY DO I HAVE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the Rewards section of our website and at the top right corner of every page.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
HOW ARE POINTS REDEEMED?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points.
Visit the Rewards section of our website. Be sure you're logged in.
Click "Redeem Now" to generate a coupon of your choice.
Use the coupon code at the checkout towards additional items on your $50 order.
Only one coupon can be applied towards each delivery/shipment.
Delivery and shipping fees are calculated after the Honey Money coupon has been applied.
HOW MANY POINTS CAN I REDEEM AT ONCE?
You can apply one rewards redemption coupon per delivery/shipment you complete.
Rewards points can not be combined with other coupons, discounts or free gift offers.
These coupons are used to reduce the price you pay at the checkout. The use of multiple coupons on each order reduce the affordability of this program. We ask only one coupon per order be used (also Shopify has a limit we can not change only one coupon per order)
I CREATED A COUPON AND DIDN'T USE IT!
That's alright, check your email. The coupon code will still work for an order under your account when you are ready. Coupon codes do not expire. If you'd like us to void the coupon so you can make a new one when you are ready just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
All of the points you earned on your purchase will be removed from your account. If you used rewards on your purchase the rewards will be refunded to your account.

Beeswax is one of the most universal products we have, we sell it raw by weight, or as candles. We use it in our Body Butter, Lippy Balms, Sunscreen, Soaps and Bath Products. It's also one of three ingredients in our Beeswax Food Wraps!
