Nope, if no one is home we will hide your order in a discrete location outside for you. Our products are completely fine to be left outside in Alberta weather for a full day. We always do our best to hide in the shade and out of sight from street traffic. If you have a specific hiding spot, let us know. Email notices come along with delivery.

APARTMENTS: We do our best to notify you in advance what time we are coming, but can not guarantee delivery windows. It is recommended to have us deliver to a friend or family member's home instead.

BUSINESSES: We can deliver to business instead of homes, however our delivery routes are often very long and we can not guarantee we can connect during business hours. We prefer delivering to a location without time window restrictions.

Absolutely! In early 2020 we discovered Easy Routes Local Delivery Route Planner. This app has been fanstastic for mapping out our delivery routes and keeping our customers informed on delivery day. You will get 3 emails about your delivery:

1. When we start our delivery route - this includes an estimated time window for our arrival.
2. When we are 3 stops away - with updated time window based on our day.
   
3. When the delivery is completed.

Be sure you are always signed into your ForeverBee.ca Account with your current active email so you always see these notices.

For the safety of our team and our other customer privacy you can not track our drivers actual location. A lot of factors do go into our route and timing, all delivery time windows are estimates and subject to change without notice.

Yes we can! It's a member of our team jumping in the car and headed your way. We go where the orders are instead of following a pre-made route. If you'd like us to come to your rural address, please include the physical address at the checkout. You can also text your pin location or GPS co-ordinates to Kira to confirm we can come to you too. Kira's cell phone number is 403-915-0454.

We can ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post. Canadian Shipping Rates apply for this choice.

We can deliver to many cities in Alberta. Some of our out-of-area customers choose to have their order delivered to a friend or family member inside of our delivery zones. This is the perfect chance for you to plan a trip to see your loved ones.

If you are sending packages to a friend, be sure to let us know so we can properly address the package. Our checkout does allow for seperate billing and delivery addresses.

We are a small team and our schedules are sometimes quite full. We are also family oreinted and sometimes take a moment to enjoy what we have.

On delivery day, we gather all of your orders, load into our car and head out. Sometimes we stop for a coffee, often we need gas and to wash our windows. We arrive at your door safe as can be and love to visit if we can. (Not great for itinerarys but it's the best way to know you're doing well.) If it's a long day or a beautiful neighbourhood we might go for a walk before carrying on.

Lots of factors can affect our timing of a day, and we have learned to roll with it. We do our best to be on time for you, especially when we know your favourite things are in our back seat. Your patience and understanding is grately apprecaited.
